The Machine Operator is a fast-paced position and is responsible for ensuring our product meets and exceeds customer expectations.

Summer Student – Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:
Operates machinery (will be trained)

Performs product initial inspection

Packages finished product

Other duties as assigned

Manual dexterity

Ability to understand and follow protocols, policies and procedures

Basic computer skills

Must be able to lift 50lbs

Safety Steel toe shoes

Warehouse experience an asset

Common sense and good judgment.

We require that you provide your own steel toe work boots/shoes

Duration of Contract: May 4, 2020 to August 28, 2020

Location: VWR International, 10 – 3571 Viking Way, Richmond, BC V6V 1Y1

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
