About the opportunity

Develop, implement and monitor the ANZ privacy compliance program for this organisation. Identify privacy risks and developing policies and procedures, training, and controls to ensure this business is operating in compliance with applicable privacy laws as well as their policies and privacy framework.

In this role you will actively support, shape and help implement all projects in ANZ that involve privacy considerations and risks, including providing advice on any questions related to Privacy to Business stakeholders and key functional partners.

Duties

Develop and implement ANZ Privacy Compliance Program

Make sure privacy and data protection policies & procedures are in line with company compliance

Be a trusted advisor to leadership team, senior management and other key stakeholders

Ensure awareness of compliance and privacy issues with employees

Support and be part of key projects in relation to privacy and advise accordingly

Develop and implement training and communication plan for the leadership team and stakeholders in ANZ

Skills and Experience

Experience working with Privacy Program Management, internal audit, legal, compliance

Experience developing & implementing Privacy programs, policies and procedures

Healthcare industry experience

An IAPP Privacy certification or local equivalent

Knowledge of the ANZ data protection and privacy regulations

Excellent business partner and ability to make decisions & problem solve
