Deals bring this to life by helping a diverse range of domestic and overseas businesses from deal-concept and deal-close through to post-Deal integration. Including Transactions Value Advisory, Corporate Finance Restructuring, Debt & Capital advisory and M&A, each team offers data driven insights that enable clients to move in the right direction, ensuring maximum value for their company.

As a Senior Consultant in our Deals Modelling team your impact will be seen by:

Assisting in the design and delivery of financial models and analytical solutions tailored to our client needs both in a Deal and non-Deal context, to provide robustness to business critical decisions; for example, supporting CFO decisions, providing operational and strategic BI, enhancing M&A transactions, supporting capital raises and providing model review.

Maximising your analytical and modelling capabilities with access to amazing team mentors who create centres of modelling excellence within organisations

Liaising and nurturing relationships with clients, your team and the wider business

Continuously learning and developing within a dynamic environment, bringing yourself to work and your unique perspectives to innovate the way we work

About you

You have a background in financial modelling and are skilled in data analysis. Your passion for solving problems using the latest modelling technology combined with your interpersonal and organisational skills with set you up for success. You will have tertiary qualifications in business, economics or a related discipline and have an understanding and interest of commercial issues facing businesses. Being part of our high performing team means you will be exposed to a variety of industries and situations to grow this knowledge and experience.

You will have hands-on experience working in financial modelling, financial analysis, corporate planning or similar.

Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you’re ready to help our Deals team deliver innovative deal solutions to our clients, providing advice and support, from initiation through to deal completion, as well as supporting the broader firm in delivering best in class modelling and analytics solutions.

A keen interest in developing skills in any of the below would be an advantage:

Power Query / Power Pivot, R, Python, Alteryx

Power BI and Tableau

Are in pursuit of CFA or CA qualifications, or Masters in relevant field of study
