Rehabilitation Consultant

This diverse and rewarding role involves working with people who’ve sustained a physical injury. We work with them to identify their goals, provide support and help them return to the quality of life that they enjoyed prior to sustaining an injury. Enjoy working autonomously while still having the support of a strong team of driven and energetic healthcare professionals. Your duties will include:

Case management

Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes

Negotiating positive outcomes for multiple stakeholders

Educating clients and employers about injuries

Working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals

Functional, worksite and ergonomic assessments

Qualifications

Our new team member will have:
Exercise and Sports Science Australia accreditation

Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency accreditation

A qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy

Clinical knowledge of pathologies

Strong communication skills to build and develop relationships

Excellent time management skills

Problem solving skills with the confidence to use initiative and achieve results

A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the associated health benefits

The ability to grow our services

A current driver’s license and car
