We are a growing not for profit organisation with a commitment to investing in our Talent Team. We are seeking multiple Recruitment Specialists to join our team as we move to a centralised recruitment model.
We have a variety of portfolios available for experienced recruiters:
- Corporate roles including I.T., finance, marketing, H.R.
- Aged care roles including nurses, chefs, catering, administration
- Community roles including home care workers, care advisors, allied health
You will be joining an established, fun, positive, close knit recruitment team who are part of the broader HR team and will play a critical role in supporting the business in meeting its people resourcing needs.
We are looking for experienced Recruitment Specialists who are energetic, tenacious and creative in sourcing techniques & is passionate about providing professional end to end recruitment services. The primary responsibilities of this role will include:
Providing end to end recruitment support from brief through to contract generation
Liaising with candidates and providing an exceptional candidate experience
Managing recruitment campaigns for bulk recruitment activity (where required)
Optimizing recruitment related software
Utilizing social media tools for recruitment & EVP promotion
Partnering with key stakeholders to provide guidance and coaching in recruitment process
To be successful in this role you’ll need:
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or relevant experience
End to end recruitment experience in a corporate environment, aged care, healthcare or community care
Experience managing high volume recruitment campaigns and the ability to multitask (applicable for front line recruitment)
Tech savvy and an interest in optimizing recruitment software tools
Social media know how
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills & the ability to multitask
Ability to creatively source candidates and build talent pools
Advanced consultation, negotiation & influencing skills.
Natural networking skills
Excellent attention to detail
Current NSW Drivers Licence.
