Product Manager – Digital Identity Job at Bupa – in Victoria
An exciting, permanent opportunity to be a key player in the Bupa Digital & Data team has become available at Bupa. You will be based in Melbourne/Sydney or work remotely as the Product Manager – Digital Identity responsible for driving and implementing the product and integration strategy to enable our customers with seamless access and movement across our digital ecosystem. With our strong commitment to deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting our security standards, you will act as the key driver of strategic discovery, product development, innovation and achievement of customer and business outcomes.
You will be a digital leader with a passion for innovative customer experience/engagement and Product Management. Your will have demonstrated capability to understand business nuances, partner with the stakeholders and problem solve with a keen focus on privacy, security and compliance challenges surrounding digital identity.

How will I help?
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Establish and maintain a forward view of the strategic integration of digital identity across the Bupa digital estate and broader digital network
Taking a data-driven approach and ensuring a balance between the commercial, customer, and security outcomes.
Partnering with stakeholders across the business to drive the strategic ‘One Bupa’ roadmap that is reflected in a seamless customer experience.
Design and deliver the Product Roadmap by shaping strategy and product vision, and translating it into features and a Program Backlog
Prioritise the backlog, ensuring stakeholders and delivery teams understand the various initiatives and the value of each item
Identify and break down themes into features, including MVP/iterative approaches to value delivery
Continuous communication with stakeholders to seek alignment
Driving the strategy and overall success of the product through a solid understanding of the market, the business, and the customer

What do I need?
A tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience).
Understanding and proven experience and understanding of Identity and Access management solutions, approaches and processes.
3-5 years’ experience working in an Agile delivery environment as a Digital Product Manager:
Developing non-functional requirements that can be translated into epics and features
Demonstrated experience forming a Product Strategy/Vision, the ability to translate it into a roadmap, and can turn that into a backlog.
The ability to communicate, facilitate, collaborate and lead – and know when to use each.
Experience working across multiple streams in a fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
An analytical focus with an appreciation of data analysis, commercial drivers, business viability and technical feasibility.
