Physiotherapy Practice Administrator/Manager Job at ReBalance Physio and Pilates – in Sydney NSW
We are a growing physiotherapy and Pilates practice looking for someone to lead our administration and help us deliver a great quality service to our customers as well as supporting our physiotherapy staff.

As our administrator you will work closely with the practice directors to support our clients and staff and to nurture the business’ continued growth.

About the role:
We are looking for a medical/allied health administrator who has the ability and passion to:
Provide a first-rate experience for all of our clients, resolving all inquiries professionally and accurately.
Acquire full working knowledge of all of our services and classes.
Support our physiotherapists by managing bookings efficiently and assisting with written and email correspondence to clients and other treating practitioners.
Provide an organised, systematised working environment – including team support, responding to email, and managing the directors’ busy calendar.
Liaise with insurance companies to ensure prompt payment of outstanding invoices and approval of services delivered by our physiotherapists
Manage junior/casual administration staff
This appointment is for a minimum of 3 days/week with hours negotiable up to full time for the right applicant. Start time 8am with finish time negotiable between 3pm-5pm.

You will have:
Strong organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent computer/keyboarding skills (ability to work well with email, Word, Excel, etc. and Facebook)
Reliable and dependable
Ability to work independently but also a team player with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality and a “do whatever it takes” attitude
Ability to learn quickly
Experience with social media tools and email automation systems is a bonus
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in medical or office administration
We are a physiotherapy and Pilates practice co-owned by two experienced physiotherapists.
