We are looking for a People Operations Advisor to join our People team who strive to create a supportive, innovative and inclusive environment for all employees at Healthengine.
Reporting to the People Operations Team Lead, the purpose of this role is to assist people leaders to support their teams and drive successful ways to acquire, enable, grow and retain.

(Some) of your responsibilities:
Managing Healthengine’s end to end recruitment.
Assisting with strategies and tactics to find, attract, engage and nurture prospective talent.
Provision of administration support across the employee lifecycle; from drafting contracts of employment and extensions to variation letters, job descriptions and statements of service.
Provision of timely advice, guidance and support to our employees on HR operational matters in line with organisational policies, procedures and applicable legislation.
Collaboration with People team members to design and coordinate Healthengine programs and initiatives.
Provision of input into the learning and professional development needs of our workforce to equip people with the knowledge and practical skill for long-term career improvement.
Maintaining current, relevant and lawful people operations knowledge to ensure compliance to state and federal employment laws and standards, and
Contributing to the development and review of business Policies and Procedures.

Experience and skills you’ll bring:
Experience in an HR Advisory or HR Operations role.
Employee Relations knowledge in line with current employment laws and standards.
Experience in collating timely and accurate reporting data to support business intelligence and decision making.
Ability to communicate at all levels of the company to support business development and change.
Ability to thrive in an Agile environment.
Capacity to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities.
Experience in operating within a high growth environment, product or tech company (desirable), and
Qualifications in Human Resources, or a related field (desirable).
