About the Role
Our new patient calls are a crucial role, you will be the first point of contact for our incredible clients’ life-changing experiences. You will have the opportunity to gain diverse experience and knowledge, whilst bringing your talents to assist an emerging, ambitious and successful organisation to meet its inspiring purpose.
In this role you will be creating the space with new patients, over the phone, to truly hear about their journey. You will provide a calm and steady presence allowing them to be open and support them in taking the next step. You will Manage the daily workflow of calls, confirmations & emails driving sales and leading by example, inspiring the team to reach their collective targets. You will strive to go above and beyond to add value for all patients.
A big personality is an advantage, we need to hear your smile!
You would describe yourself as someone who wants to help others! Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with the team as well as working autonomously, staying motivated to ensure you meet set KPI’s.
You have strong time management skills, attention to detail and are open to learning & growing in the team with team workshops & Personal development opportunities.
In the team, you play a valuable role in creating a positive and forward-focused culture, supporting and looking out for your colleagues when they are in need.
Previous experience in a tele/sales environment and or sales experience.
