Precision Automotive Equipment with offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth is a market leader in the supply, service, repairs and installation of vehicle workshop equipment to independent workshops, vehicle dealerships and some of Australia’s largest automotive repair chains.



An exciting opportunity has developed for a motivated and enthusiastic Operations Support Coordinator to join our Precision Automotive Equipment team in QLD. Reporting to the General Manager your role is to ensure the efficient and effective support and coordination of our National business leaders. The primary function of this role is to assist the network with the day-to-day operational issues as well offering generalised support to the wider equipment business. The Role requires a highly organised person, possessing proactive and open communication skills, attention to detail and sound computer skills.

To be successful for this role, you must be able to:
Work closely with the leadership team to support the wider branch network.

The ability to solve problems and work unsupervised

Possess medium level Computer skills

Have a strong work ethic, be thorough, neat and take pride in your work.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to think on your feet and display a high level of integrity, honesty, reliability, and confidentiality at all times

Your Duties Will Include:
Manage day-to-day operation enquires

Support the onboarding process

Document Management

Work with the digital & IT teams to aid any outstanding issues

Manage the regular bulletins to the wider teams

Assist & coordinate marketing material

Support with the organisation of events, such as trade shows, training sessions, travel & accommodation arrangements

Maintain data across a number of different programs

The greatest challenge for this position is managing the many different and competing priorities, whilst demonstrating an ability to multi-task as well as exhibiting an ability to work autonomously once a direction/objective is set.
