The Position

As a Relationship Manager with Empower, you will be responsible for the growth and development of our allied health services across NDIS and HCP service providers. Based in our brand-new office in West Perth, this role will see you become the face of the company to many of our stakeholders across WA. Reporting into the Operations Manager and working in a close-knit team, your time will be split between sales, customer service and administration. Key responsibilities include:

Managing existing relationships with a number of NDIS and HCP service providers

Responding to phone calls, making outbound calls to customers and managing the WA mailbox

Identifying potential clients and seeking new business opportunities within NDIS/HCP

Creating and conducting sales presentations

Investigating and resolving queries raised by clients

Completing initial administration on AlayaCare for new referrals

Conducting business reviews to assess opportunities for sales

Do you have what it takes?

This unique opportunity would suit a candidate with experience in NDIS and excellent administrative skills. You will have an enthusiastic and proactive attitude, be outcome focussed and dedicated to delivering an exceptional service to our clients. You must have:

Successful track record in business development/account management

Proven experience and understanding of the NDIS System

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships, influence and negotiate

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong time-management skills and attention to detail

Good administrative skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks

Full drivers’ licence
