The Medical Records Specialist for the Customer Success Group will assist and support the Third-Party Administrator (TPA) Specialists who support TPAs with combined client annual revenue of approximately $200 million. The Medical Records Specialist uses multiple systems for researching and obtaining missing medical records. The Medical Record Specialist partners with Center Operations Directors in correction of incomplete information on results as needed. In addition, Medical Records Specialist works with Central Billing Office leaders to aid in resolution of medical record issues related to invoices.


  • Support Third-Party Administrator (TPA) Specialists in researching missing/incomplete medical records
  • Review, process and support medical record issues for Third-Party Administrators and Central Billing Office (CBO)
  • Troubleshoot missing/incomplete medical records utilizing multiple platforms such as Pearl, HUB, Allscripts, Occusource, and Escreen Extranet
  • Complete medical records cases and cases which have been escalated daily
  • On a daily basis create cases for update and missing/incomplete results requests from the TPA
  • Maintain current status spreadsheet and communicate the status to TPA Specialist, Lead, Supervisor and Manager

  • High School Diploma or GED


  • Customarily has at least 6 months experience in positions which required working in multiple computer systems or applications
  • Must have general computer knowledge
