We are seeking an organized, experienced, self starter to lead operational excellence of our expending private practice. The medical office administrator will support our doctor, supervise our medical assistants and the reception team.

Position summary:

Responsible for implementing the office’s mission and strategic vision

Establishes and implements improvements for office operating policies.

Participates and coordinates physician and staff recruitment.

Ensures office compliance and all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery.

Responsible for managing the overall marketing activities of the office.

Maintains and keeps professional affiliations, keeps current in latest healthcare trends and serves as a representative with other health organizations and government agencies and third-party payers

Manages and keeps current practice insurance relationships, provider credentialing, and maintenance of contracts.

Resolves patient and medical administrative problems and communicates effectively with staff.

Manages collection efforts and insures that outstanding patient accounts and accounts receivables are within budgeted limits and in-line with targets.

Ensures the operating expenses are well within fiscal year plans.

Prepares and compares varies status reports for management.

Assist with front desk duties including helping answering phones, registration and collecting payments.

Maintained strict confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
