An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our Continence Management Marketing Team. This opportunity is suited to a recent graduate and those with a passion for marketing. This is a full-time role.

Here is what your role will be:
Providing administrative and project support to the marketing team, including managing product samples, printed marketing materials and website updates

Assisting with the creation and production of the marketing materials such as brochures, banners and flyers

Assisting with the coordination of marketing campaigns and events, including promotional, corporate, education & marketing event roll out

Assist Marketing team with marketing activities and executing activities as per a marketing brief

Supporting marketing team on education projects

Managing requests from internal and external stakeholders and providing support to the customers

Managing smaller-scale projects to support the marketing strategy execution

To be successful in this role, you will have/be:
Tertiary qualifications or final year student in marketing, communication, commerce, design, or other relevant area

Experience providing administrative support is essential

Experience/working knowledge in marketing is advantageous

Experience in or understanding of healthcare/medical industry is advantageous

Proficiency with Adobe products, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign or other image editing softwares

Basic to intermediate skills in Articulate Rise is advantageous

A strong team focus and a collaborative attitude

Confident and strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations

Exceptional attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Organised

Innovative and creative approach to problem-solving

Willingness to learn and continuously develop

Ability to work independently as required
