What does the job look like?

The Inventory Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of NSW Health Stocktake Assurance Strategy/Plan using the SAP system. This role will manage customer service enquiries and is responsible for the national management of inventory across varied sites in accordance with Linfox and customer contractor procedures. Duties include:

Responsible for stocktake integrity including the resolution of discrepancies and adjustments required

Complete Weekly / Monthly KPI reporting as per set deadlines

Ensure that systems are in place to comply with relevant customer and regulatory requirements and all aspects of inventory management are completed in line with contractual requirements

Ensure the timely delivery of regular reports through the various reporting systems and accuracy

Generate relevant reporting data through the capturing and recording KPI information

Analyse and report on inbound and outbound transactions

Liaise with Linfox warehouse operational and transport personnel to enhance operational efficiency

The requirement to manage the inventory team

Are you the one?

The Inventory Manager will generate and be responsible for KPI information required by both Linfox and the customer. This role is project-based and will require travel between 16 sites in New South Wales. You will have:

Ability to work independently and within a team

Warehouse system and stocktaking experience

Strong customer service focus

Ability to lead by example and implement change where required

Exceptional problem – solving ability

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to prioritise tasks as required

High level of attention to detail

Proficient with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), SAP, databases and dashboards

Ability to complete repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy
