WellStar Health System is currently hiring for an Executive Secretary to join our HR executive team’s Administrative Support Team supporting our Organizational Learning department. This role is responsible for providing administrative/clerical support to the VP Chief Learning Officer and three Executive Directors including ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the executives schedule and professional obligations.


Required Minimum Education:
H.S. Diploma

Two (2) years college preferred.

Required Minimum Experience:
Two (2) yrs as an executive secretary/administrative assistant OR five (5) yrs of varied and progressively responsible administrative experience, preferably in a large company and/or healthcare system.

Required Minimum Skills:
Advanced computer skills in MicroSoft Word and intermediate skills in Excel, PowerPoint


Type 55 wpm, with accuracy.

Excellent organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and


Excellent calendar management skills, including complex executive meetings.

Experience preparing executive schedules, correspondence, presentations, reports etc., including understanding of financial reports and


Ability to effectively interface with staff, leaders and physicians.

Able to maintain confidentiality.
