What you’ll do:
At Biogen, we are evolving our customer engagement model to further enhance our multichannel communication & service offerings to customers. The Digital Customer Engagement Lead (DCEL) is a role that has been developed to deliver an enhanced customer experience and leverage the increasing channel of digital communication.

As DCEL you are responsible for the end-to-end planning, design, management and execution of digital campaigns and projects, working in close partnership with their respective Marketing, Medical, CE&O and Market Access colleagues to deliver an excellent multichannel experience to Biogen’s customers.

The primary purpose of these roles is to drive an increase in digital customer engagements with our customers. You will lead the delivery of the digital elements of the brand integrated customer plans, and will be highly focused on the planning, execution and performance of our campaigns and projects.

In addition, you will be accountable for planning, developing, managing and supporting specific channel capabilities across brands with an enterprise view (for example: webinars, email, web, IVA etc), as well as leading on specific digital projects. You will also monitor, assess and adapt to changing market situations and ensure Biogen remains competitive.

Time spent in this role is expected to be split roughly as:
75% – digital campaign management & delivery for brand

25% – Enterprise channel expertise / digital project leadership

Qualifications

Who you are:
To demonstrate success as a Digital Customer Engagement Lead you will be degree qualified, ideally in marketing and communication, and have marketing experience within a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting or alternatively you may have come from agency and have worked with healthcare clients. You have a broad knowledge of digital marketing and emerging technologies, and also offer:

Experience in the design and implementation of digital campaigns/ initiatives to leverage all available opportunities

Proficiency in Power BI and Veeva/salesforce.com experience

The ability to manage complex multichannel plans and execution of projects

Deep understanding of channel capabilities and ability to evolve and improve (including internal approval and cross-affiliate roll-out)

Excellent attention to detail and a helpful, positive and motivated attitude

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Strong relationship building skills and the ability to influence a brand strategy without owning it

A willingness to flex between strategy and rolling up your sleeves and doing the work

A good understanding of the digital landcape in Australia and what mediums are available and effective (experience in these will be very beneficial!)
