Our amazing receptionist is retiring after 25+ years. The General Dentistry practice of Dr. Rick Hoaglin, DMD is seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our team as our full-time Front Desk Receptionist. This is an excellent career opportunity in a growing practice. We are looking for the right person to join our friendly, family oriented team.
Hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. No nights or weekends.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting Patients with a Smile
- Scheduling Patients
- Answering Phone
- Taking Payments and Billing Insurance
- Making Appointment Reminder Phone Calls
- Co-Ordinating Scheduling of Multiple Providers
- Pulling & Filing Patient Charts Daily
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour

- Missoula, MT 59801: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
