Deals bring this to life by helping a diverse range of domestic and overseas businesses from deal-concept to deal-close. Offering services across the deal spectrum including due diligence, valuations, modelling, corporate finance and data-driven insights to enable clients to improve their decision making and ensure they realise the full value of their company.

As a Manager/Senior Manager in our Valuations team your impact will be seen by:

Helping our clients make better business decisions based on value, by providing commercial insight and technical expertise, backing up your point of view with well articulated, rigorous and reasoned analysis

Being responsible for supporting a team in performing valuations across a wide range of industries and for a variety of purposes, including financial reporting and tax, business disputes/litigation, transaction support and value consulting

Building trusted relationships with the team and our clients and growing the capability of our consultants. This includes working through technical matters, quality review of deliverables and models as well as coordinating client engagements and liaising with the broader team to manage projects from end to end on a high volume of varied projects

About you

You have a background in financial analysis in a consulting or corporate client-facing environment and are skilled in data manipulation, modelling, problem solving, people management and lateral thinking. You are comfortable with multi-handling of various projects and hold a strong understanding of valuation concepts and articulation of value drivers and strong ability to manage the delivery of complex engagements. Postgraduate academic qualifications such as CA/CPA, CFA, MBA or a Masters in Finance or Applied Finance will be highly regarded.

Passionate about delivering great client outcomes and comfortable with ambiguity, you’re ready to help our Valuations team deliver innovative solutions to our clients, providing advice and support, across the whole value cycle.
