About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Contracting Centre of Excellence (CCoE) AJPAC team as a dedicated Contract Specialist in Australia, reporting to the Head of CCoE Asia & JPAC.

Priorities of the Role

The Contract Specialist manages the end-to-end contract management process with all contracting stakeholders and is the key contact for the stakeholders during the process. In addition, the Contract Specialist will work with regional team members and be a champion of change and improvement.

Other tasks include

Analyze each contract request to determine the risk category of the contract

Draft and negotiate contracts within the limits of the contracting guidelines provided by Legal

Proactively ensure all open points related to the contract are addressed by the appropriate stakeholder

Provide high level support on complex situations involving Legal

Contribute to the deployment and continuous improvement of contract processes, tools and templates

You will bring

At least three years’ contract management experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

Proven internal and external stakeholder management skills

Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational and time management skills which includes a balance of urgency and quality of work

Competent with all Microsoft applications i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint
