What you’ll do
Responsible for developing compliance business partnering strategy for Australia and New Zealand. Leads on key strategic business initiatives from a compliance perspective and is accountable for the deployment and implementation of an effective compliance program in ANZ, in close collaboration with the Senior Management Team, and the Compliance Assurance function. Good business understanding, strong partnering and influencing skills are essential. Reports to the VP International Compliance, with a dotted line to the Director of Legal and Compliance, Australia and New Zealand.
Essential for the role
Several years of experience in pharmaceuticals or a related industry
Knowledge and experience of corporate governance, health care regulations, local industry code, laws and standards
Excellent analytical, written and oral communications skills
Strong collaborative, partnering, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to influence in a cross functional capacity
High ethical standards, trustworthy, operating with absolute discretion
Conflict resolution skills
Fluent in English
Desirable for the role
Experience working in a compliance function
Experience from working in other related functions
Demonstrable management skills and experience
Experience as a market compliance champion
Qualifications in legal, finance, or regulatory.
