Palmerston Association is a leading and respected not for profit organisation supporting people with alcohol and other drug issues in Western Australia. Providing a full range of services from counselling, family support, residential services and educational initiatives in the community, we operate throughout the metropolitan and Great Southern regions.

We seek applications for a Full time Clinical Coordinator for our Perth service located in North Perth.

The successful applicant will coordinate the delivery of services at Palmerston Perth and support the team to develop and deliver quality services that are responsive to client needs in a therapeutic and welcoming environment. Major responsibilities include leading the team of counselling staff, peer workers and volunteers to ensure effective service delivery, staff supervision, and clinical practice. The successful applicant will also manage a caseload.

The role is also responsible for maintaining an effective relationship with Palmerston’s therapeutic community to facilitate an integrated assessment service for clients seeking residential treatment.

Applications for this position are sought from people with team leadership experience and sound clinical experience in the alcohol and other drug, and/or mental health fields.
