Sonic Nurse Connect is part of Sonic Clinical Services (SCS), the primary care division of Sonic Healthcare – one of Australia’s largest Healthcare companies. Sonic Nurse Connect offer a range of community-based nursing services and patient support programs designed to positively contribute to health and wellbeing. We work primarily with pharmaceutical company clients and consumers to design and deliver our services which include infusion and injection administration, care coordination, patient education and support
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our team in our Head Office in Macquarie Park, NSW on a Full-Time Basis, working Monday to Friday. Reporting to the Business Manager this role is part of the team responsible for the operations, strategic direction and overall success of the business. The position will provide the successful candidate the opportunity to utilise their expertise across all aspects of customer engagement and business opportunity identification and management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Building awareness of the Sonic Nurse Connect brand and services
Keeping up to date with market changes
Developing growth strategies and plans
Identification of new business partnership opportunities
Actively engaging customers to assess their needs, qualify appropriately, and align SNC solutions with their needs
Coordinating responses to tenders and request for proposals, including content writing and the preparation of pricing schedules
Presenting on SNC core capabilities and proposed solutions to new and existing clients
Project managing the design and implementation of new programs and services
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and be a results focused, self-driven individual with a positive outlook. Additionally you will be able to demonstrate the following:
Tertiary qualification in Health and/or Business
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role with demonstrated experience in bid preparation and project management
Exceptional technical writing and grammatical skills with the ability to clearly articulate and influence key stakeholders
Strong management and organisational skills with the ability to coordinate teams and meet deadlines
Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to the changing needs of the working environment
Highly developed commercial and negotiation skills
Experience managing key projects or tasks with deadlines
Current valid driver’s licence
