Current Need

We are seeking a Associate Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Richmond, VA.

Position Description

McKesson is seeking an Associate Business Intelligence Analyst to support corporate leadership by producing weekly and monthly reporting focusing on inventory and service to identify opportunities within the business to gain efficiencies. This position would also be responsible for providing adhoc data analysis to answer questions and solve business problems.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and deliver established reporting and tools

Creates standard and ad hoc reports using available reporting tools for assigned functional areas

Provide analytical support interpreting data and trends

Maintain data integrity and ongoing quality control of source data and delivered reports

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and end user documentation

Prepare written analysis and summarize results using graphical representations and professional formatting

Minimum Requirements

Entry level experience in data related fields

Critical Skills

6+ months experience with SQL, data extraction methodologies, relational and dimensional databases methods

Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel- Pivots, VLookups, Sum/Ifs)

Additional Knowledge & Skills

Experience as a Reporting Analyst, Report Writer/Analyst and/or Data Analyst

Strong technical and analytical skills

Experience in distribution, healthcare or other related industry

Experienced with data visualization technologies like Tableau and Power BI

Strong report presentation skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education

BA or BS degree or equivalent experience.
